We need as many members as possible to attend to meet quorum so we can vote in the new board members, approve 2022-2023 budget and Standing Rules. Agenda Items: 2022-2023 Board Introductions Election of new board members The following names have been appointed for consideration of the roles listed: For the office of Co Vice President: Basil Paulson and Marie Williams For the office of Treasurer: Bryan Finedaniels It has confirmed that each nominee listed above has been a member of a PTSA for at least 15 days prior to the election, and meets other requirements as stated in the WSPTA Uniform Bylaws. At this meeting, any other individual that has been a PTSA member for at least 15 days prior to the election may volunteer or be nominated and added to this list, to be placed to a vote by the general membership.
